Great overall experience with Northpoint Roofing Systems. We had roof damage from a hail storm. Chris was fantastic in getting the ball rolling with the roof inspection and guiding us through the insurance claim process, as well as the quote for the project and all the details. Our project manager Patrick was great at installation. His crew was very professional, on time, installing the roof well and cleaning up during and afterward. Chris and Patrick had great communication leading up to and on the day of the installation. It was very thorough and made the process go very easy and smooth. We would highly recommend Northpoint Roofing Systems to anyone.

Throughout the entire process, Northpoint Roofing was professional and extremely thorough. They started with drone photos and then a phone call to follow up, based on what they saw through that report. They worked with our insurance company, came out to meet the adjuster, and communicated well throughout the process. When we chose them to re-roof our home and fix some gutters, they maintained their professionalism. On install day, they were timely in their arrival, covered all areas to prevent damage, and did a wonderful job with cleanup. Someone was on site supervising and communicating all day. We are recommending them to our neighbors and friends, and would definitely use them again!
