From the get-go Northpoint Roofing was a pleasure to deal with. First the young man came around and asked if he could arrange a drone survey of our roof. Then later Keith and Cayla came around to show us the photos of damage to our roof. We had no idea! During the repair process we were kept informed all the way. Cayla was our go-to person – she's great, responding to questions or concerns very quickly. The work was done professionally and to the best of my knowledge everything is still intact. We were so fortunate to have found North Point Roofing. At first when our insurance claim was rejected, I was skeptical but we ended up in good hands with Phillip (our sales rep ). He was persistent with supplying additional information to insurance and it worked to get our claim approved after a lengthy back-and-forth with them. They did a really thorough job replacing a large roof in one day. Thank you Tanya (our project manager) for great communication and overseeing the project. Overall great job and we are very satisfied with a new roof!

We had some pretty extensive damage from a hail storm. Wesley Stocks made replacing our roof from start to finish a very effortless process. The finished product looks great. We are very pleased with the service we were provided.

Initially they wanted to do a drone check of my roof which I approved. The results were unusual because I had another company check and they said I needed a new roof. Northpoint said the results showed that my roof had several years left on it so I didn’t need a new roof. We mentioned we had a leak in my wife’s closet. Jud Shultz checked in the attic and found the pipe which was leaking. Raphael and his team fixed it yesterday. We could not be happier with this experience. When it is time for a new roof we will call Northpoint.

We live in Fairview, Tn. And our house was hit very hard with hail , rain and wind !! We were in Florida at the time ! I called and Wesley Stocks came to our house and started the process of getting our house fixed quickly (few days flew the drone on a Saturday ) contacted the insurance company and came back out when they were here really awesome job. Scott and Elizabeth did a great job , replacing the metal roof, they were right on time they did the job in one day , after the replacement. They pick all the garbage making sure everything was clean around the work area . Also very professional and honest company. I'll recommend them.

This company (and Josh) was such a pleasure to work with. They handled all the leg work of getting my roof inspected, coordinating with the insurance company, and getting the new roof installed/paid for in a timely manner. They were very professional, and I couldn't believe how easy and quick the whole process went. One day, I had someone doing a drone flyover of my roof, and within a week I had a full roof replacement approved and scheduled! It doesn't get any easier than that.
