Commercial Storm Damage

My gutters are under warranty according to an email Northpoint sent me. My gutters are leaking and no one there will call me back. My salesman told the gutters warranty is 10 years. The email says 5. The person on the phone said 3 years My sales rep also told me I have 50 year shingles. The person on the phone told me way less. I would not recommend Northpoint Roofing at this point. —————— NP sent their gutter crew and caulked my gutters. I do appreciate it.

Every step of this process with North Point was incredible. Cayla and Reeve were both so helpful with my insurance company and super responsive. They advocated on my behalf every step of the way. Reeve went above and beyond and paid so much attention to detail. He and his crew painted pipes on my roof to match the color of the new tiles without me even asking them to. They cleaned up my property so well. They completed my new roof in ONE DAY. Reeve made sure I understood all the details of my new roof and the decking below, and got me all set at the end of the process. I cannot recommend this roofing company enough. They are honest, trustworthy, and thorough. I feel lucky they were recommended to me.

We live in Fairview, Tn. And our house was hit very hard with hail , rain and wind !! We were in Florida at the time ! I called and Wesley Stocks came to our house and started the process of getting our house fixed quickly (few days flew the drone on a Saturday ) contacted the insurance company and came back out when they were here really awesome job. Great experience with Northpoint Roofing from start to finish. We hardly did anything they work with the insurance company, showed us several shingles that would go with out house, showed up on time and completed the job on time and looking at the yard you can’t tell any work has been done. Anthony and Brandon were awesome to work with, Anthony dealing with the insurance and Brendon working with the crew replacing the roof. Both Anthony and Brandon kept in touch with us during the process both called and sent pictures of the work several times. I highly Recommend Nothpoint Roofing. I appreciated how he gave great advice, and things to look for, but didn’t take advantage of me, or tell me to replace my roof when it wasn’t needed. I highly recommend this company. Will be calling them when my roof does need to be replaced
